Private Group Training consists of 90-minute intense workouts with up to 8 athletes per group. TRG Performance provides each athlete with a personalized workout program that focuses on improving performance in their specific sport(s) while achieving an enhanced level of overall athleticism. Lesson plans consist of the following variables:

  • Dynamic Warm Up

  • Movement Mechanic Instruction

  • Speed/Agility Drills/Conditioning 

  • Strength Training (Olympic Lifts)

  • Functional Strength

  • Balance/Mobility

  • Core 

  • Injury Prevention/Rehab


 Group sessions place athletes in a team-oriented environment where they are given the opportunity to motivate one another and push their limits.
