Team Training is designed to fit the demand of your athletes. The duration and size of the group is tailored specifically for your teams needs.  Blocks of time are set aside in 30 minute intervals, strength training, metabolic conditioning, and speed/agility can all be implemented as desired. Lesson plans may consist of the following variables:

  • Dynamic Warm Up

  • Movement Mechanic Instruction

  • Speed/Agility Drills/Conditioning 

  • Strength Training (Olympic Lifts)

  • Functional Strength

  • Balance/Mobility

  • Core 

  • Injury Prevention/Rehab
