TRG Performance Training believes that in order to perform your best you need to feel your best. We offer on site recovery and rehab systems such as the Normatec leg compresion sleeves, hypervolt massage percussion guns, Hyperice heat vibration leg wrap, and Electric Muscle Stimulation units (ESTIM). The goal of each unit is to speed up recovery time and minimize pain relief before and after physical performance.
The Normatec system is a dynamic compression device used for recovery and rehab. The system uses compressed air to massage your limbs, mobilize fluid, and speed recovery. Normatec will leave you feeling recovered and ready for your next performance.

The HiDow Electric Muscle Stimulation is an extremely effective device intended to stimulate healthy muscles to improve or facilitate muscle performance. The device uses electrical impulses to relieve pain and speed up recovery. A gentle electrical current is passed through electrodes which are attached to the skin around the area that causing you pain or discomfort.

For additional therapeutic needs, TRG Performance Training collaborates with Peak Physical Therapy. Movement screenings are offered to ALL TRG clients at NO additional cost. We are located just across the hall at the University at Starland.
